A bear hunt in the Canadian Wilderness is not as costly as you may think! We will book you a bear hunt of your dreams and you would be hunting for your black, brown, cinnamon or even blonde bear from baited bear stands in Northern Saskatchewan.
Cost is $2,200.00 plus taxes of $242.00 USD per hunter. This does not include the licence which can be purchased online, see link on the right, or you can purchase it upon arrival at $250.00 CDN.

How do I bring my gun into Canada?
If you are a non-resident, you must present the Canada Customs officer with the forms below in triplicate, unsigned, at your point of entry into Canada.

What hunting method is utilized?
We use baited bear stands and have hunters in their stands between 3-4 pm and they are then picked up around 10 pm.
What is the average shooting distance?
The shooting distances are from 50 to 60 feet.
What kind of weapon can I bring?
We handle archery, rifle and muzzloader.
How is my bear handled after being harvested?
We will skin, cape and freeze your bear hides. You are required to bring your own cooler for transportation back home.
What if I wound a bear? Can I keep hunting to try and harvest another bear?
If you wound a bear and the guide cannot find the bear your hunt is over. We have a strict policy that your hunt is over when you draw blood. We do this in order to not over hunt our area.
Is fishing available while on our hunt?
Amisk Lake is great fishing and many of our clients fish in the morning and hunt in the afternoon/evening. Please visit our fishing page here.
Are there color phase black bears in the hunting area?
Yes, we have black, brown, cinnamon and blonde bears in our area.
What is your deposit policy for bookings?
We require a 50% deposit within two weeks of booking the hunt in order to reserve your dates.
